* Almond oil, is a benefit for skin due to its high Vitamin D content, which helps to moisturize dry skin. It is a popular type of carrier oil because it is easily absorbed by the skin. 

* Apricot oil, is a light type of carrier oil rich in Vitamin A. Aromatherapists use it to slow the skin's aging process and revitalize of skin. 

* Sesame oil, Vitamins E and B, minerals including calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, are plentiful in sesame carrier oil. It is frequently used as a carrier oil for massage and aromatherapy because it is an excellent emollient and can be mixed with other oils.
